The hand grip strengthening product has a small digital screen on the side shown how many times you’ve fully completed one pull, the strength of the grip can be adjusted by the grey round knob on the end. I’ve been using this every few days for about 20min swapping arms or for about 200 clicks. I’ve noticed my grip improves in the gym on lat pull downs as usually i require straps since my grip is poor. So I can confirm this really does work. Would recommend.

some of the products felt very cheap and obviously mass produced. However, they do what theyre supposed to so cant complain about that.

Bought this a while bag and was hoping to get used to it. The quality does seem good, however myself and others I’ve showed all experience a bad pinching experience on the pinky finger.

I read an article that grip strength is a good indicator of health in older folks. So as an oldie I decided to buy this to increase my grip strength. Very easy to use and lots of variety in the exercises you can do with the kit. I particularly like the little rubber ball as you can pop it in your pocket and use it silently anywhere

Good hand grip comes with a variety of accessories for your grip strength. The down side is that the hand grippers grip is uncomfortable.

All these come in a small box, the little box has an instruction on how to use all of the things for not the brightest of the bunch. It also come with an adorable little card- you'll see what I mean if you buy it.The grip of all the items is very very good, comfortable and slick designs.I encourage you to buy this instead of any other hand exercise boxes it's just too good.The hand gripper has a counter on the bottom of the handle which I have never seen before, it tracks everytime you fully click the gripper to the base fully!5/5 would urge you to buy.

Good set up, enough items to have specific training items but also have some spares tucked around elsewhere to use when sat on sofa etc.
