A quick easy and tasty way to take your daily vitamin D
In low light countries vitamin D is essential especially if you're working inside a lot taking vitamin D daily is a useful supplement and this product enables you to take it wherever you go in your bag and take it daily via ripper. Not a bad taste easy to swallow, dosage instructions are on the back of the vial and are easy enough to understand.Overall I was happy with the absorption of this product.

Nice flavour
I have had this for a little while, but if I was honest, it was only because of it being offered on Vine that I picked it. At the price point of £26.99, this is something that I wouldn't normally purchase. The vitamins are meant to help with absorption of calcium, so helping with bone health. It is also stated to help with your immune system and mood regulation. To be completely honest, I can't really say that I have noticed any great changes in any of these areas. The flavour is quite nice though, without leaving a nasty after taste.

Good size bottle
WELL ACTUALLY Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2 Liquid PipetteI was pleased to find this was much larger than the Vitamin D3 + K2 that I usually buy. The bottle holds 60ml of Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2 Liquid. The liquid can be placed in the mouth using the provided glass pipette, or if you prefer it can be mixed into a drink. Personally I place some of the liquid under my tongue where it is said to be easily absorbed. It does appear that many of us in the Northern Hemisphere may be vitamin D deficient, we tend to stay indoors so are not often exposed to the sun, this may help correct that deficiency.I have been taking Vitamin D3, along with K2 for a few years now, I am convinced it has been of some benefit to me. I certainly feel a lot happier in myself when consuming Vitamin D3.The bottle is made from glass, it has a screw on cap with a pipette fitted, it is claimed to provide up to 120 servings. The ingredient list shows the following: 'Vegetable Glycerol, Purified Water, Phospholipids (from sunflower lecithin) containing Phosphatidylcholine, Vitamin K2 Compound (Olive oil, Menaquinone - MK7) Natural Flavourings (Orange, Mango), Vitamin D3* Compound (Medium Chain Triglycerides, cholecalciferol), Natural Antioxidant (Vitamin E). *Vitamin D3 is from 100% Plant Origin.'I ordered the Orange and Mango flavour, I wouldn't say it tastes great but the flavour is not bad. I have no problem consuming this neat, out of the bottle.CONTENTS:1 x 60ml BottleThank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

Pleasant taste but not keen on using the pipette
Disclosure. This is a review of a product I was sent for free via Vine. All opinions are my own.I took a vitamin D oral spray most of last winter, so thought I would give this product a try, which is in the the format of a liquid in a glass bottle with a pipette.I was pleased to see that it was well packaged in a eco-friendly manner and made in the UK.I believe that a 1ml serving provides 2000% NRV vitamin D3 and 213% vitamin K2, although the bottle rather confusingly refers to 2.5ml serving for the NRV which would be above the max dose.It has a very pleasant orange and mango flavour so can be taken neat, although the bottle also indicates the option of mixing with a cold drink or smoothie.I've only taken a few doses so far and it is quite difficult to fill the pipette to the 1ml level and as the pipette is a lot shorter than the height of the bottle, I imagine it is going to get more difficult, particularly once the bottle is say less than a quarter full. I have decided therefore that it is simpler to take a 0.5ml dose. Also the pipette has a habit of dripping the liquid out without applying pressure to the squeezer, so I've found it makes a bit of mess and therefore wastes some of the product. I definitely found the pipette much less user-friendly than an oral spray. Plus at £29.99, it is significantly more expensive than the spray I used previously, although that only contained vitamin D but no vitamin K.And I've been trying to remove most UPF from my food including lecithins, so I was disappointed to see that this includes an ingredient from sunflower lecithin.

British made, tastes good
I have a tendency to fall low on vitamin D, and after being treated medically for it in the past, I routinely supplement, usually with an oral spray. I also always use one that is in combination with K2, as K2 facilitates the effectiveness of the D3. I'm also reluctant to use supplements from outside the UK or Europe because of the lack of regulatory control and compliance.Thiese liposomal D3+K2 drops are made in the UK, so they tick that box. There is some scientific evidence that liposomal vitamins are better absorbed, so that's a benefit too. The flavour is OK - it's like orange and mango juice, with a mealy overtone from the lecithin (obtained from sunflowers) used for the liposomal aspect. It's too early to say whether they are effective, but I shall continue taking them and update this review if there's anything to add.Their price (£29.99 ) seems high compared with the D3 spray I usually use, but it's actually four months' supply, so the equivalent of four of the sprays, which makes it comparable in price. Recommended!

Strong Formula
This Vitamin D and K Mk 7 product is a perfect combination. Vitamin D is more of a hormone than a vitamin and it helps the immune system and general well-being. Vitamin K 2 helps the absorption of D and can also have cardiovascular protective properties. So does this product work? You feel better within a few days of taking it. I take two doses a day, as around 200mg to 300mg of K is the recommended dose and 8,000 IU of D3 is thought to be the point where D is optimal. I can say whilst I have been on this formula my disposition has also improved and I feel generally better. Time will tell how good this product is at boosting my immunity, but after taking it, I feel a general improvement. Recommended.
