Didn’t last 6 months
It’s is a nightmare to clean and the inside metal rusts and leaves horrible rust marks which looks awful (esp on a toilet seat). Now the soft close function has snapped and the lid is stuck shut. I don’t recommend this toilet seat.

Repeat purchase
Have bought this item three times. Nice product, like slow close feature and easy remove. Very easy to install and cleanFits well on one toilet but not other and broke within six months so had to replace. Replacement has been fine.Comfy seat and looks good. Would recommend!

Easy to fit
The seat was easy to fit, it seems good quality and has quick release for cleaning. Best I could find for the price to fit our toilet.

Weak point at hinges
Product bought in April 2024 and lasted only until December 2024. One of the hinges broke suddenly fir no reason, probably a brittle fracture due to a defective during manufacturing process.

Bit flimsy
Good fit. Easy to install but it feels very flimsy overall . Not optimistic that it will last
