Julius-K916STEALTH-P-1 IDC Stealth PowerHarness for Dogs, Size 1, Black

It's better in person than it is in picture.
I originally purchased this to train my doggo to walk heel. However it's not exactly the greatest option to use this one or any harness like it as there is no way to gain complete control especially over an XXL doggo that pulls straight away at the slightest tug of the harness. This is because there's nothing such as a strap to support between the two front legs & the chest to stop the doggo from pulling at a slight tug. It's understandable that a trained doggo would not pull regardless of the strap or not. Most doggos i had trained used this. i just simply don't have the same luck with my current doggo that i've had with my previous ones. Still it's a great purchase and i do love this tactical looking harness. I've had to resort to using a collar on my current doggo in order to establish some control over him. So i will use this harness on him once i feel he's ready to go out hunting.

Excellent, vesatile, and simple to use
I purchased this in size 3 for my Best Freind, he's 100lbs plus of 18 month old GSD he sits squarely in the middle of the physical size range quoted by the manufacturerer and into his second adolescence . Looking forward another 6 months or so I suspect he might be bigger again, out and about I have been using a check chain ( the sound after the command being his trigger to stop/come to heel etc) and training lead for the most part but wanted something I could comfortably let him play off lead without either: the fear of him getting caught up and throttling himself or the hassle of putting a chain back on the latter also applies to car journeys.Julius make a few variations on the theme, all of which are excellently built, using quality materials, I opted for this the "Stealth" version for a number of reasons.1: The positionof the grab handle; on this harness rather than being situated on the top it is mounted above but almost inline with chest strap, and secureable to prevent him getting tangled or unwanted hands hold grabbing it using a Velcro cover.2: The construction of the grab handle, on this harness it's rubber or rubberised ( I suspect the former given the branding and my experience of Stealth rubber on climbing shoes) this means the grab handle won't saturate if it gets wet and is also non slip in your hand.3: Although not shown in the picture, it does turn up with a Velcro reflective strip on the chest strap, and two glow in the dark Jk9 badges on the sides... on this harness all are removeable4: The chest strap buckle has a security lock in the form of a cover like the IDC Power harness with security lock.5: Fitting quick and easy there are plenty of good you tube videos on the JK9 range many by the manufacturer themselves and I'd suggest that their directions are used. Once adjusted it's just one snap buckle to get it on and off. Although this does apply to the whole range. In use then, it's the Only harness I've come across that any of the 4 GSD's I've owned has actually appeared to enjoy wearing, I don't say this lightly, but it is pretty much hassle free to get on and off and he doesn't seem to notice he's wearing it. Out and about the option is there to use his training lead double ended one on the collar and one on the harnessenabling easy close work for roads etc, and control while clipping in either a lunge line or extendable lead for foot paths and areas of high human footfall or free roaming livestock, and other people's pets/children. The assorted elastic loops and Velcro patches make this very versitile if your wanting to add lights, badges, saddle bags etc, and the build quality is second to none.. I would from my experience happily say this is the best dog harness I've seen and certainly the best I've used.Looking forward I will probably invest in a chest pad or "Y" belt and a pair of bags/pouches.This harness shares its construction with the non stealth version, although the design and some of the features are different and although they suit our needs other versions may suit yours better.Highly reccomended, regardless of which version you decide meets your and your dogs needs.Statement:I do not work for and neither am I connect to Julius K9 in anyway other than being a paying customer.I have not been offered any incentive financial or otherwise to write this review of this or any other product produced by Julius K9 or to my knowledge any company affiliated with them

A Serous Harness for a Live Life To The Fullest kind of Pooch A+
Great all round harness for my Border Collie Bertie at 28kgs/60lbs approx. Purchased size 2 and fits him perfectly at tightest closure, so lots of room to expand girth strap. Size 1 would also fit but there’d be less room to expand, maybe 2 inches which wouldn’t be much if he gained weight. Anyway Bertie loves his harness, it’s very comfortable, very strong, sturdy and he feels very important wearing it, like he’s doing a job or a mission of some kind. FYI... colour is more neon orange (much nicer actually) than the mustardy yellow in the photo advertised. It’s also got added feature, a protective Velcro strap to protect & prevent girth clasp from opening at side of harness. Love this gadget altogether! Highly recommend to anyone who loves to paly around with their four legged best friend and they will love it too... :)

Great for long haired breeds
I bought this for my rough collie, I found that other harnesses trap her fur and damage it so finding one that was gentle on her fur but still secure was important.I went for the Stealth harness as I preferred the handle to the regular K9-Julius one. I like a handle that's readily available and not held down by velcro. My girl has just turned 1 and can be super nosy on walks so I use the handle to guide her past things quickly, it's sturdy, looks good, and the patches on the side are a bonus. She is very friendly so I got some of the "FRIENDLY" patches to go on the sides, people are always asking me if they can pat her so it's an easy way of just letting them know that she's fine. The harness doesn't restrict movement, doesn't damage the fur, and doesn't slide to one side like some harnesses do.

My husky loves it!
It had been a great harness for us the only minor issue is grass getting stuck in the Velcro, otherwise it’s a fantastic
