Great product
Really high quality mini cam for ears / nose etc - some good functions and resolution is HD. Only issue is battery 🪫 life is a little short at times

Doggy app
It works as it described but doggy for the app.1. The app is gathering all info from your phone and you can’t reject to this even if you want disagree for the data consent, as they didn’t give you that option.They will check you browsers history and photo.So…..2. For the product, the light will heated up the tube and your ears will be burnt if you use it for longer time.

Takes practice to get the best out of it
I bought this as a retired GP with a fair amount of scepticism! But the price was so good I thought I could take a chance.It takes a bit of time to set up, best to follow sequence of turn on, make bluebird network choice in settings then activate via app.Warning! take great care not to insert too far as risk of ear drum damage, but pain will usually stop you!Through trial and error best way of using is to:Hold ear lobe back and up with non dominant hand to open up ear canal.insert device with probe upto the wax deposit.Instead of trying to get behind the wax, move probe gently under wax and rotate around the canal. the wax can be lifted up and then brought out as it is very sticky!Lastly, I would not recommend using this on anyone other than self as need the sensation feedback to avoid severe pain or trauma

Good quality otoscope for the price paid
This is a great little otoscope for checking the ears and removing excess wax.Very easy to use and very soft and comfortable in the ear canal.Very reasonably priced as well.

Missing bits
I use to have the older version of this and was great. This is suppose to be upgraded version but it comes with plastic spoons that would easily break. Plus the manual says it should have 9 total spoons but only has 3.

Connectivity problem
I wasn’t able to connect to my wi fi and my iPhone warned me that connection would leave my phone vulnerable.
