It arrived quickly and was exactly as described. The efile is a very nice orange color, the color looks better in person than it does in pictures. I purchased the set along with the efile, all the bits and tools in the listing photo did come with the efile. Battery life seems to last a decent amount of time when in use.My only complaint is that the display screen that shows the battery percentage and your rpm speed is fairly dark. I can read the screen but if there is a bright light above it’s hard to read the screen. If you have poor eyesight you will struggle with this display screen(that’s how dark it is).Overall i’d recommend this efile, the price isn’t terrible and it does come with some starter bits. It is to be seen how its life time is and if the battery time continues to last as long as it did the first couple of uses.

So so so worth the money!!! I absolutely love this drill and it is very well made!! I absolutely love that it came with xtra bits plus it’s pink!!

I have three e files by them. This is the most expensive one I have and it is also the only one that I’m having major issues with. The hand piece keeps jumping no matter the RPM. Do not buy. Worst mistake ever.

I loved this e-file is because it was so cute, didn’t have a high heat dissipation, and had low vibrations. However, my hand piece ended up jamming and a bit got STUCK in it. The company did send me a replacement hand piece, only for it to short out on me shortly after. I’d been trying to get in contact with someone via Amazon, but I have yet to get a response. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price since it’ll mess up soon after purchasing it and using it regularly. I wish there were some type of warranty to ensure you’re not wasting so much money on a faulty mechanism

I’m a licensed cosmetology and nail tech instructor in New Jersey, I recently went to the beauty expo in NYC and one of my students purchased this efile in the orange color, we tried it out the next day and I am VERY impressed! Melody Suzie has certainly stepped up their game and while not all of their tools are professional grade, this one certainly is. The only way this machine would be better is if there were a warranty on the efile for an extended period of time and if they offered machine servicing because what we haven’t tested on it yet is over the long term how it will stand up to heavy use in the salon. Just like a car the motor in the hand piece does need servicing like a regular oil change, but they did not offer that to my knowledge. But bottom line is, I used to turn my nose up to Melody Suzie because they were just an “Amazon amateur brand” but I’ve changed my mind. I look forward to seeing what else they come out with in the future.UPDATE: I purchased one for myself after trying out my students orange one…I got mine in pink, the bits it comes with includes a set of diamond bits and two carbide bits (one ceramic, the other rainbow titanium steel) but it does not include the sanding mandrel or sanding bands and depicted in the photos) but the machine works great 👍 now only time will tell how long it lasts, while it does include a 6 month warranty it does not offer any further assistance should your machine break down after that time.

Works great when it wants to… shuts off randomly as I’m filing my clients nails… and the on/off feature barely works. Takes about 5 minutes to turn on in the morning when I get to the salon.

Weak not for professional use or setting. Very disappointed. Wish I went ahead and buy a Kupa.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS ITEM IT IS COMPLETELY TRASH. THE HAND PIECE KEEPS JUMPING NO MATTER THE RPM. SELLER IS NOT CONTACTABLE AND AS FOR AMAZON THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING TO ASSIST THEY ARE ALLOWING SELLER TO SCAM.
