This protein powder arrived the same day ordered. I️ drink a protein shake for breakfast every morning and this vanilla shake flavor tastes the best! This powder was recommended by a nutritionist.

It seems like its doing something
I have been using it for only a week post workout, seems like it helping with recovery a bit. The taste is alright, im not in love with texture.

Outstanding product line
The flavors are great, vanilla, chocolate and the cinnamon toast flavor are my favorites but I have enjoyed each one I've tried. Would recommend!!

helps lose weight if used the correct way
so far in 3 weeks it has helped me drop 23LB's while watching calories. very strong flavor recommend going with about 12-14 ounces of water rather them the 8 the bottle says. but great product all around.

Coconut is bad, thin mints is amazing
The coconut flavor is decent but they add a ton of coconut shavings which is not what I want when chugging a protein shake.Thin mints is an amazing flavor though
