Not an easy read, pushes you to unlearn everything you've learnt in sales for years
I've been meaning to write this review every day for the past two weeks. But I've been unable to do so because this has not been easy read for me. There was so much I ended up highlighting on my Kindle within the first few chapters that I eventually gave up & started taking notes in my notepad.The book's genius lies in its primary focus on resetting the core assumptions in sales and defining a scientific basis for the new age tactics Justin proposes. In fact, tactics only constitute the ending sections of this book. Almost 70% of it is what's usually missing in modern sales literature: technical shifts in the AI era, corresponding mindset shifts that are a must-have to thrive in this era, and how to bring it all to action. As I write this review, I am rehashing my team's entire tech stack & outreach strategy to be able to replicate the JMM Sequence laid out in the book.Being a sales-tech entrepreneur with left brain conditioning, this book single-handedly gave me more clarity & confidence to pick up my phone for cold calls or start churning out LinkedIn content versus thousands of blogs & podcasts put together. The way it is structured, it is abundantly clear that this is the work of someone with years behind them at the forefront of sales innovation. Some of the visuals, quotes & takedowns in the book are so memorable that they're worth minting inspirational posters out of. The level of comprehension & deliberation that would be required for organising so many interdisciplinary best practices & frameworks in the form of a book is simply exemplary.It is rare to see A-lister sales folks who are also great at imparting their knowledge. But 'Sales Superpowers' feels like a page-by-page reincarnation of one. It is not a book, it is more of a playbook that I am going to keep next to my workstation. The future-oriented tone of the book will keep it relevant for years to come.

Highlight the ENTIRE book!
This is one such book that you CANNOT put down. If you've ever made an attempt to reach out to your prospects, thought about sales, you will relate to every word written in this HOLY GRAIL of a book. This is criminality, this opens a pandora's box of superpowers and if you have been struggling in your mediocre sales career, well, you just found KRYPTONITE!I have been following Justin and working with him and I have been witness to the relentless support and availability he provides to his compatriots in sales. This book is a work of passion, of dedication, of enormous research, of tremendous effort, and impeccable sincerity. I am buying this for more members of my team. UNDOUBTEDLY, a book that every one related to sales must read, talk about, discuss, and share in the sermons!

Brilliant!
I know JM personally, he challenges the status quo, this guy!The book is Exclusively aimed at anyone who’s keen on building their careers in Tech Sales and Mktg, their own Business, but not withstanding any industry specifics, however being alongside some of the top Sales people across the globe. For Marketers? This is Eye Candy!

Want to run outbound? Don't try without this book!
Justin Michael is a maverick:)His approach to running outbound sales seems founded on treating the prospect as a smart and important human, using psychology and heuristics to engage them, and never leaving any option to chance!I'm half way through and I know I'll come back to this repeatedly over time.Practicing the JMM techniques instantly give confidence that this can be followed, adopted and adapted!Get it for yourself and gift it for your team.

Sales Gold Dust
I knew that cold calling is crucial to success in sales but did not have the right strategies to pursue it consistently. Justin is the real deal on helping you open closed doors and hard to get meetings. Go for it without wasting any time !

Level up your knowledge!!
Bought the book on monday and eagerly waited for the weekend to come so I can read Justin’s new book. I am so blessed to have access to the masterpiece. As someone who needs to be ahead of the curve when it comes to B2B sales, this is all that's needed to stay up to date or even ahead of the curve from all those that don't do things to keep their place on the top.Looking forward to 2.0
