High Quality and too easy for DIY projects
Urn looks amazing and the base tank is hight quality as well. Base will have no issues supporting the urn with rocks, etc. Delivery was easy and on time as scheduled--for the size. Delivered in three boxes. The urn looks so natural and will last years for sure.

Perfection
I've had the fountain installed for a couple of months now, and it is perfect. The scale is perfect, the look is amazing. Everyone thinks it's real stone. The babble is also just right for my tastes, a gentle babble, but not too loud. It was very easy to install and maintain. As the "bubble gets lower, I just turn the hose on the rocks and wait till I see some standing water. The many kids in my neighborhood play in it, and it has been no problem. If the water doesn't flow to my liking, an easy push adjusts it. Of the three pieces, I can see one of the seams, but no one else notices. I couldn't imagine anything better, and the price makes it a bargain. It far exceeded my expectations.

Looks nice but flow isn't enough.
I love the look of this water feature but I do agree with a few of the other reviews that mention how weak the flow is on this thing.I understand that Aquascape was probably fearful of water splashing beyond the buried basin and bib -- which would cause the water feature to lose water at an alarming rate. However, I think they were a bit too conservative. They could have made the default tubing larger and it would have been fine. Unfortunately there is really no way to increase the flow without modifications -- which I wasn't really comfortable doing myself so I installed it as is.It still looks nice enough, but for something this expensive... more flow definitely would have been better. You can barely hear the water. It's essentially just a trickle down the sides.

Love it.
I bought this unit about three weeks ago and finally had a chance to install it this weekend. I purchased the light insert that goes in the top, along with two waterproof side lights as well to give the urn a nice evening glow. Two things you will notice right away. One, even the small size is pretty large, good for a small back porch. And even though you might not think it will take up much area, remember the splash zone is only a few inches shorter than the tarp (54" in diameter). So you will need a 4 foot + area to put the urn and rocks.Installation is pretty simple. You will probably spend more time digging the hole and putting in rocks than anything else. Unit comes with a 550gph pump and of course the basin. Boy, am I glad I ordered the round basin and not the square one. I was putting the urn on a stone porch, and since the flagstones were so thick I had to dig through about 8-10 inches of compacted drainage rock just to get to the soil layer, which in my area is packed clay with lots of fist-sized rocks. Fun, fun fun. Took about 4+ hours to just dig the hole. After that, smooth sailing. Hookup of the pump was fairly easy. If you bought the inside light you need to cut off the old end and insert the new light end, which takes a few minutes, heat some water, put the tube in to soften it, and easy peasey put the new insert in. I used silicone sealant to not only seal the round inside light end to the unit, but to also seal the three pieces of the urn together. Not sure if you HAVE to do this or not, but I wanted to minimize leaks. Instructions don't say to do it but, seemed like a good idea.Put the urn on top of the round basin. getting it level takes a bit of trickery, but thankfully I had a half-box of those small plastic shims leftover from a laminate floor install that I used. You can also use toilet-leveling shims, which only cost a few bucks for a whole ton of them. But don't worry too much about getting it perfect, since you can also use the stones (if you have some large-enough ricer rick, like fist sized) to tweak the level at the end.Filled up the basin and tested the pumping. All good. Also gives you a good idea of the splash area. Now time to dump in the stones (make sure to rinse them well first, otherwise you will have cloudy water and probably clog your pump. You do NOT want to ever have to remove the stones to get to the pump, if you can avoid it.Will this take two hours to install, as the Aquascape videos say? Well, depends on your soil and if you have everything on hand. if not, you need to add some times for the (inevitable, in my case) trips to Lowes and the local rock supply store to get what you need.

Excellent Fountain
The media could not be loaded. Fountain looks beautiful and is easy to install. Basin is larger than I guess I expected, so prepare for some digging. Seller (AZPonds) was excellent to work with! My wife caught 3 of our neighbors just standing in the backyard staring at the fountain and they gave us tons of compliments on it. Provides for a very peaceful environment to relax out back! Definitely worth the money.

Bad design
First of all my frame of reference comes from that I had already installed the medium size urn in a different location and love it! The small comes with a small, flimsy, catch basin that is almost impossible to keep the top level for the urn to sit level for the water to flow evenly. The basin also needs to be filled constantly. The actual water flow to the top is weak it needs a larger hose to the top for a true fountain effect. The worst part is the Only access to the pump is underneath the urn. You have to move the rock, tip the urn over to pull out the pump to clean the filter. I'm very disappointed in the design and will be buying a larger catch basin and modifying the hose to the top for better water flow. Not the plug and play experience I had with my first fountain.

Really easy to install!
The ease of installation and the sound of the water are impressive. The quality of materials is very good. My only complaint is that the hose that attaches to the pump is barely long enough. If you wish to position the urn anywhere other than dead center on the reservoir, you'll have to purchase more.
