Use a different seller
The crisps are delicious.. 5 stars for Lorenz! I can't buy them locally so it's great you can buy them on Amazon. However, I will buy from a different seller in future. The delivery was over a week late.. and the delivery estimate was a week to begin with! in fact, my own feeling is that the parcel wasn't actually dispatched until I asked for a refund due to non delivery. I messaged them and received curt replies. They did reply though and the crisps did get delivered. Not up to amazon's standards though but I did buy from the marketplace and not Amazon. Glad I got the crisps but disappointed with the rest of it.
