Based on reviews here, I didn’t anticipate a bad taste. I excitedly tossed a pill into my mouth. It hit the back of my tongue, where I’m very used to having pills of all shapes and sizes hit every morning. My body immediately rejected it. I gagged harder than ever before, I swear I thought my tongue was going to leave my body. I hadn’t noticed any strong smells when I opened the bottle (though I didn’t intentionally sniff)… so after the unexpected pill yeeting , I told my bestie I was shocked because it didn’t smell awful. She promptly took a deep sniff and also gagged deeply. I didn’t expect this product to taste like sunshine and roses, but I did expect to be able to swallow the pill. It's gonna be a no from me, dawg.

Biophix Ox Bile 1000 mg with BioPerine does not come with a carb count on the bottle. That is an issue for those taking 2 capsules that contain celulose, rice flour etc. I got it for trying to keep fat from causing issues for me but now I'm not sure how many carbs I am taking in so that sort of defeats the purpose for someone on a keto based diet. Other than that, it is fine.

I decided to try this supplement due to the good things I've heard about it's ability to help absorb fat soluble vitamins and process fats. I took these with fat containing meals and they seemed to assist nicely with digestion. I haven't had any issues with these, no side effects at all, they're easy to swallow, standard pills. I feel good taking them.

I took this product in it's entirety. I was happy with the results that I saw from it. The price is good for the amount you get. I took it after a meal. The pills are easy to swallow and I did not have any adverse side effects from them.

I ordered these because I have an issue with bloating and digestion. I have tried just.abput everything else , so I figured I'd give this a shot. I'm still new to taking them and they seem to help my digestion, so I will continue to take them. I know that Ox Bile is good for you and this product seems to have good ingredients and a good amount of product, which allows you to take it for a while to see if it works before you have to order it again. Ox Bile 1000 mg with BioPerine 120 Veggie Capsules (brand: biophix Store; lab quality tested, made in the USA)- I chose to use and trust this brand based on the lab quality testing and being made in the USA. Serving size is two tablets with meal. I used this with a fatty meal once or twice a day. It contains bioperine which is a basically black pepper. That helps aid in digestion but can also be an irritant to some (rare). For me, it was. If I took two doses for a couple days in a row, my gut became irritated. Something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to black pepper. It’s quite rare but happens. OxBile is good to add to your meals if you have had your gall bladder removed or need liver support. I found these did help with fat digestion and the consistency of my bowels (good). They weren’t difficult to swallow but are average in size for supplement capsules. Could put them on a spoon of yogurt, pudding, or apple sauce for ease. I did find they had a sour taste and that quickly washed away with a drink. On a lighter positive note, I didn’t break out in spots, lose my hair, or had a limb pop off. I think these Biophix supplements are safe.
