A rumble-roller knock off which is ok for its price, but not special.
Although the product specification mentions that this is supposed to extra firm, this is not firm. The main difference between rumble roller and this version is the foam that is used. The foam used here is ok, but not excellent. Considering the price of a rumble roller, no one can really complain about this product for its price.
