It’s ok does not bubble like it should during process but you get what you paid for little disappointed , as this is the 2nd one they have sent and the 1st one did not work at all save your money and buy a good one as this is used for health issues

Well, the one star rating attributes to acknowledgement that mine lasted 82 days before it broke down and would not charge. When it did work, I enjoyed the vision of tiny bubbles. To the actual benefits, I did not notice any significant changes for health benefits.

The direction we’re not very clear. How long does it take to process? Do you need to charge before first use?

I got this unit because someone told me it made water healthier for me. I don't know much about that but I will say you can see it changing the water right after you push the button. I liked it it's rechargeable so I don't have to keep buying double a batteries for it. I do notice every 6 to 10 glasses of water I have to recharge it, but I'm good with that.
