Contacted seller, Great communication and arranged replacement immediately . Also requested to stick a "Fragile item" & "This way up" direction Mark stickers on the outer packaging to prevent the mishandling by courier partner.Edit 1:- Received the replacement and seller did stick labels as requested🤩. Delhivery courier took 8days to deliver the item though😐.Product Review :- This 10Ltr Dehumidifier is working perfectly and was able to greatly reduce humidity in room. Easy to handle and portable item. This comes with several modes (Automatic/Continous/Humidity Setting/ Timer/Fan Speed-Low/High etc.) and even Smart Wifi connectivity🤩 is there using Smart Life App and can control the device remotely from anywhere. Even Sharp brands 35k variant doesn't have this feature. All this in budget🤗 and i got it for Rs.9791 after all discounts/bank offers and cashback coupon in Amazon Great Indian festival. Very effective just after using it for 8 hours difference is felt in air quality. Approx. 1 litre water collected with RH 60 in the room. It has done the job for me while being very cost effective. It is a good product. I hesitated to buy this because it is not famous brand. But my choice is proved to be right!It was delivered 10 days earlier and sturdily packed.It removes moisture quickly. Low noise level. Not heavy. Easy operation. 100% percent satisfied.

Using the dehumidifier in my library which is a damp room. Now it’s feel has become much better and overall humidity has improved from 75% to 55%. The smell and clamminess of the room has improved. Removed a couple of tanks of water during 2 days of continuous running. Recommended. The product which initially arrived didn’t work but was replaced with a working product. Recieved great customer support and responce from the company.
