They never tell you, that you have ti buy a gateway separate, for the lock to works with alexa or Google, very dissaponited.

The smart door lock is all black. It looks very high-end. There are two holes in my door. It fits well. It comes with a detailed manual and installation video. I completed the installation by myself according to the video. It supports many unlocking modes, such as Bluetooth, password, smart card, fingerprint, and so on. It can also be paired with Amazon. I like it very much.

Easy installation with video and paper instructions. Haven't had any issues so far but will update review once the snow hits. That will be the real test. Doesn't work with Amazon Alexa even though the product says it does. Alexa fails to find the smart lock.
