Actually Works
Sprayed the packing stuff in a new pair of shoes and used a shoe stretcher and this actually worked with a couple of applications.

Worked On One Pair of Boots, But Not Another
I'm not exactly sure what causes the softening of leather with this product but it DOES work with certain styles. I've got a pair of new boots that I really like but the stitching around the left ankle is very stiff and caused blisters. Simply wearing them to try and "break them in" didn't work. Once I healed up, I used this spray and followed the directions: soak the area and wear the boot until it dries. I did this and it seemed to work - no more pain on my left ankle! These boots in particular are leather, with no liner, and you can see the stitching both inside and outside the boot.My son has a pair of boots that were hurting him on his heel. These are leather but are lined inside - very comfortable aside from the heel cap piece aggressively rubbing against his heel. I suggested we give this spray a try but it could only be sprayed on the outside. We soaked it thoroughly (it didn't discolor the leather), patted the excess off and he wore them that day. Unfortunately, there was no change and the pain remained. This may be due to the construction of the boot itself and the fact that we couldn't spray the inside leather because of the liner. To sum up, yes, this spray does work but it's helpful to ensure your footwear is of the proper construction to allow it to work.

Customize shoes
This works great on suede loafers that had a little toe pinching. I sprayed some in the toe box area and slipped in on for the day. It kind of worked on first application as it felt a bit looser on my pinky toe, but I decided to apply it a second time and it worked like a charm. I have wide feet and usually need to wear new shoes for at least a month or so before they become comfortable, so this molding to my feet with two applications in two days is worth it.

Instructions too Small to Read
Did not like product That well. It is hard to spray product inside shoe. Very difficult to read instructions. Print too small.

Works for minor stretching needs
We tried this on a brand new pair of athletic shoes. These shoes are specifically for playing basketball so more room was needed in order to wear the shoes comfortably with socks.Due to the smell, we did do a small patch test on the shoes to make sure the solution would not change the color or design. The solution smells like rubbing alcohol. These stretching sprays usually mainly consist of rubbing alcohol, so we wanted to play it safe in our application since much of the materials of the athletic shoes were porus. We are glad to report that the solution dried clear, and no issues were noted. We then applied the spray generously to the inside of each shoe in the foot area. Instead of wearing immediately as the directions said on the listing, we put shoe stretchers into the shoes while the solution dried. The next day, upon trying the shoes on in their newly-stretched state, it was noted that they had slightly more room (maybe just a hair less than a half size). These shoes were mens size 11.5 but now felt closer to a size 12 or maybe just slightly less than a 12. Our efforts were a success! Also, it is worth noting that there were no visible signs we used this spray on the shoes. The changes could only be felt in wearing them. The smell did not linger; it was not noticeable after wearing the shoes for basketball practice. All in all, this shoe stretch spray did a great job and work exactly as described.

Super Easy to Use. Works on Some Shoes.
This is a great item, if it works on the shoes you want to stretch a little. You just have to try it. I figure if it works, that's a huge plus. If it doesn't, then you really haven't lost much. It's definitely worth having around for those times when there's one little spot in a shoe that's bothering you. Very simple to use.

Holy cow, it works!
I had a pair of cheap cloth )not leather) ballet slip on shoes that were just too narrow and squished my toes. I was skeptical this spay would do a thing. It tells you to spay the inside of your shoes, wear a pair of socks and then wear the shoes til they dry. Almost immediately I felt the fabric soften. It took 2 tries to get the width right. I'm on my third application for my big toe and it's still a bit squished, so it's not a perfect miracle. You must absolutely try this first before you give up on your shoes!!! I'm off to try this spray on other shoes. I will absolutely be buying this again.

Miraculously, it works. Wow!!
This is the story about my husband’s brand new shoes. Few months back, we went to our home country and my husband left his shoes behind. He put in our balcony in the open and the shoes faced all the weather conditions from sunny days to fall days to cold weather which affected the shoes. When we came back and he wore these shoes, he felt very uncomfortable and was upset as he decided to throw away the shoes thinking it’s of no use. Somehow I convinced him to not throw it just yet to see if I can find a solution. Enter - this product. He used it as intended and voila- the shoe was fixed. It did not hurt him anymore and I can say that my husband’s smile knew no bounds. He was pleasantly pleased with this product and was happy that his money didn’t go waste. So, if you are thinking about this product, I would definitely recommend to give it a try.

Great product
Used this spray alongside a shoe stretcher and it worked like a dream. I can now wear shoes that I couldn't keep on for more than a couple of minutes before using. Excellent product.

Worked….
I had a very stiff pair, slightly tight pair of leather trainers, this spray softened them up so I didn’t feel like I was wearing concrete blocks, used in conjunction with a shoe stretcher & it definitely helped.

Actually works
I needed to stretch a pair of designer shoes by half a size. I used traditional wooden shoe extenders for the first week. Then needed just a little bit more wiglgle room and less rubbing. Applied this product and let it sit inside the shoes for a week (with the shoe extenders) and now the shoes fit comfortably. Do purchase!

The liquid inside the bottle seems to get the dampening effect that is needed
It was a struggle to get a decent amount of spray each time, the mechanism inside the container, doesn’t suck the fluid up the plastic tubing. So one thinks that there is none left, but in reality There is still at least a half a bottle of liquid not used. I have ordered another couple of the shoes sprayers, just to make sure that I can get enough fluid to dampen the shoe material effectively this time. It would be nice if some sort of recompense would be made,, because of this problem.

Worked for my cowboy boots
Alot of pain and sore feet however used this, stretched the shoes out right away. Very good, spray on outside and soaks in and can't tell anything was there. Spray completely dissappears and doesn't leave any trace. Just keep using until they're stretched enough. Will defo use for all my boots
