It came with wrong manual but on contacting the seller the issue was resolved, and I have to set it up myself since the guy I paid earlier requested for another money to turn up.The new soft copy manual was so helpful and quite easy to use, so it's one man show if you are man enough and brave, it only take one man to set up but otherwise require two men to assemble.This wardrobe is one of the best in amazon, Nice work top, Good quality, Good product, Good look, Everyone that sees it likes it and asking me where i bought it from....Worth every penny spent on it and Superbly matching with white paint in my room.Hear this, the seller got good quality costumer relationship service .......

This item came as described with excellent delivery men. They explained what was in each package (4 items). It was a good job they did as there was no explanation as to contents and they were extremely difficult to move by one person. We are pensioners and could not move them easily between us.When opened we found the instructions which were not in English. A good job the pictures were good. However, no item was marked as to what it was so you had to open all and then check against the diagram. Before when we have had similar items there has been a sticker on each item so that you can compare it to the numbered item on the drawings.I found the order of erection in the booklet poor as we needed to build the base first then add the centre spine then the backs, then the sides and then the top. Once completed it was solid enough except the back pieces which were flimsy and would have been better as two large items rather than 4 small ones. I had to add some bracing as they popped out of theire grooves due to flexing if not careful.The doors (glass covered) are very heavy but easy to fit with two people.It would have been nice to have some positive lock mechanism when the doors are closed but they work ok. Everything aligned well so am pleased overall with the look and quality. Heaven help us if we want to move them to fit new carpets though as the overall item is heavy.

Love this product. I have had it for over a year now. Lots of space. Fits beautifully in my bedroom. Definitely needed two people to put it together. Easy instructions. The delivery people were from the manufacturer and gave me some good advice about putting it up and maintainence. If I need to get another wardrobe I know where to go.

After initial problems with the delivery people's parking their van, they put up my wardrobe in 1 and a half hours, a task that I could not have done on my own so it was worth pay £80 to have this constructed. The wardrobe is well made spacious, and the doors slide across smoothly. Definitely good value for money!!! Throughly recommend it, to lighten and brighten your bedroom. On reflection I could have done without buying the LED lights for the wardrobe as they are somewhat in the way of putting things easily upon the top of the wardrobe but not impossible. I think I could remove them on the top but the plug is inaccessible as the power point is behind the back of the wardrobe and I can't extract it from it.I am really please with Arthaus employees they were very helpful respectful and did everything they could to make the installation as quick and smoothly as possible. A throughly good company to buy from.

Very poor quality, the backboard very week, had to purchase from local store a much stronger backboard to keep the wardrobe together

Shockingly bad service and high prices for sub-par products that are not fit for their intended use. Save your money, time and sanity by avoiding this company at all costs. I am not a big complainer but I have nothing good to say about this company's practices. Firstly received damaged products then the wardrobe failed within days. The default position was to blame the customer and when proof was provided was treated like an idiot.

I was very pleased with the communication from the company, had emails and texts telling us when they would be delivering it, the guys who came were friendly.We decided to get it professionally assembled, it took the guy approximately 4hrs, we were very pleased with the assembled wardrobe looks good and sturdy, we did have a problem in that we had the wrong size shelves that were delivered by mistake, but again we emailed them, they replied straight away and the correct shelves were delivered to us at 8am two days later.Can’t fault this company on its product or customer service.

Really Nice/Solid/Sturdy Unit.Easy on the eye and sure to compliment any Bedroom.2 Issues with the Unit,Clearer instruction for the assembly of the Door Runners would be Beneficial,if asembled wrong the doors will not fit.The Depth of the Unit could do with being an additional 3cm deep to allow for free movement of the clothes hangers (actually with clothes on them)No hesitation in giving this piece of bedroom furniture 9/10,could so easily have been 10/10 but for the Depth Issue.
