This CoQ10 supplement comes in the form of a normal sized capsule which is suitable for vegetarians. The notable difference here is that most supplements I've tried are in the 30mg to 50mg range. These are 300mg each so if your doctor wants you to take a reasonably high level of supplement for a particular condition these are a good option. As with all supplements, do some research, speak to your doctor particularly if you have any health conditions. It's not hard to find out what this may or may not interact with and there are some common conditions where it's advised to not use this (not least of which eating a diet that already contains a lot, which my diet does not).It's generally speaking an expensive supplement at the moment, compared to most others. But checking the cheaper competition this was in line with those costs as they're often much smaller doses. I'd also note that a lot of the smaller doses add in Vitamin B of one variant or another. That's fine if you also need vitamin B but it's potentially unhelpful if you are getting enough, or are taking another supplement which boosts that vitamin. When I'm taking several supplements at once I prefer they not all contain added extras which conflict with each other - I don't want three tables all of which boost Vitamin B but I'm taking for their other contents for instance.These aren't large, about the size of a capsule painkiller so it's the standard size I see for powder supplements in capsule form and smaller than most fish oil capsules if you want a comparison. I really do wish it was a legal requirement for supplements etc to show the capsule or tablet size because not all of us can swallow horse tablets without choking. I think most will be fine with these. There was no noticeable flavour.I'd be perfectly happy to use this supplier for CoQ10 again. The only thing I'm not sure I like is that the capsules come in a blister pack. They're not hard to get out, but I prefer other brands that use aluminium pots because those are highly recyclable, and also handy for storing stuff/re-use. This is a lot of cardboard box, and really big blisters and takes up unnecessary volume. Hardly a major problem for users though - I'd go for price/mg rather than the packaging, any day of the week.

I think this is a competitively priced product and seems to be effective and contain a good amount of Q10 per capsule. However it has a lot of fillers in it which aren't strictly necessary, and in particular, talc, which I'd rather not have in the product. But apart from that it seems good!

Great value for money and easy to swallow

Assuming everyone has done their research on CoQ10 you will probably know this is a higher dose at 300mg the majority of other supplements out there. The capsules are of average size and everything appears to be of good quality coming in two foiled blister packs. The fact you only get a 30 day/month supply does not make this the best value supplement out there.I've been taking these for almost a week and can't say I've noticed a massive difference. My off days between exercise I do feel a bit more recovered, almost as if I'd already had a rest day. I'm not sure if this is related to this supplement or just how I'm progressing on my fitness journey.Price wise this supplement is definitely steep given it works out around 50P a capsule. My research show the average price on Amazon works out around 20P a tablet albeit they are possibly lower concentration.

I take CoQ10 supplements daily as this enzyme depletes with age however as it is important for overall health, it is beneficial to take these supplements. These were well priced for the amount of tablets that you get.They are a reasonable size and easy to swallow.One down side, packaging is a little bulky and could have been better presented, however they have clear information on ingredients and dosage instructions.
