Within 24hrs I started to see a change in our son. Week later he was able to remember his daily routines, less frustrated with society, able to follow directions without being told 10 or more times, he was able to eat less junk food and more healthy food. He has ADHD HIGH IQ and he was able to remember everything again and stop falling asleep during class or karate. His rude behavior has calmed down. My 12yr old daughter has been taking these on daily basis as suggested since 2-3 weeks ago, she said flavor is good but consistency is a little sticky as described, and not an issue for her.. However I have not seen her having bigger portions during meals, meaning her appetite is the same, I was hoping she would start having more appetite then she'd be willing to try for diverse options like salads, fish or some other foods she usually doesn't have.. but not so far, it might be too soon (?)

I can't say if they work or not, but they taste awful! My 6 & 9 year olds were complaining about how bad they taste, so I tried it, and it is NOT good!

The smell when you open the container isn’t good. My son says they don’t taste very good, either, but we have noticed a difference in his behavior. So has his teacher.
