Amazing product for the price, the aftermarket mouse and keyboard work perfectly from the get go, and really add to that textbook apple ‘clean desk’ vibe. Our first ever Mac and we are delighted.Most reassuring thing is the service - responsive and accurate. Our product didn’t work - screen was kaput and it wouldn’t start up. We got a postage paid returns label and a new one delivered (which works perfectly) within a week. That sort of no quibbles return and replace system really makes it for me. It gives you to confidence to buy refurbed goods without worrying about defunctive/substandard goods.

This was refurbished amazingly, my iMac arrived in a very good condition. It was very well packed, I always think you get more value buying an older mac. They are built to last, and have outlived most PC's I have owned. I managed to get all of the programs to work that I need, some you cant get the very latest updates, so I look at older versions of the program. I have managed to get Pro logic working, that is what I got the mac for. It was a fair price I bought this for, what I got in return was better than I had thought.

Good quality not much signs of use. Pity that you can't upgrade the OS so some apps don't download. GarageBand is one of the main reasons I bought this but luckily because I have an old account with it on they let me download a older version of it. The genetic keyboard and mouse not much good so using a logitech one wireless with a touch pad from Amazon for £15

A lovely machine. Very well put together and very easy to use with the software provided.My only problem is that I cannot find the software that I want to use in a form that is acceptable to this machinesoperatIng system. A bit of a bummer! I hope I may get some help with the problem this weekend.Apart from that —— super. I may even invest in a brand spanking new one. I AM A CONVERT!

I was very excited to buy this computer. Unfortunately, It stopped working after exactly two years of light use. It was only used for light computing and I expected it to last a longer time before breaking down. System purchased in October 2019 and it stopped working in November 2021..Exactly one month after the return window expired which is very strange and unfortunate!. Now it doesnt even turn on talk less of trying to reboot or format or any hack to get it working. Very frustating!

So far so great. I can surf, shop, watch. Sound quality is super. I can iMessage and FaceTime easily. There is just one thing with this model being ‘older’ and that is, many apps cannot be downloaded due to it not having the ability to get the latest IOS version. This doesn’t bother me as all I personally need, can be accessed via the web I.e. bbcIplayer, itvHub etc.No shopping apps. I live on Amazon, eBay, Wayfair etc but again can be accessed on my phone or web. Email accounts sorted. So easy to set up. Definitely needs reading on the how too’s as a newbie. 12 month warranty plus I believe an extra 6 months when reviewed. At this price, it’s a definite! Stylish, space saving, literally wireless compact keyboard and mouse. Early days yet so far, impressed. Not entirely sure about the lines that run vertically down the screen. It’s not a lighting issue yet it really doesn’t have much of an affect.

wasnt expecting much, due to price but the iMac arrived on time and In good condition, a couple of little bumps but not noticable. Set up was so simple and system works like new. Really impressed at present and would defo recommend to others who dont want to spent a fortune.

Really good condition and easy to use. Poor customer service - jumping through hoops to get a warranty extension has really taken the shine off something I was happy with.
