Very colorful but not easy to build. Young children cannot build it alone. Challenging with many colors and some odd shaped pieces.

I love springbok puzzles. Bought this for a friend and she enjoyed it, then let me do it as well before passing it back to her.

As a frequent Springbok 500 piece customer, I was shocked by the poor quality of this puzzle!The pieces fit together, but they don't seem to interlock very well. I've never had this happen before.They are cut out of very thin cardboard, which is unusual for Springbok, I hope this isn't the new normal.

The pieces for this puzzle are all unique shapes so when something fits you know its in the right spot. The picture is clear and has a lot of color variety as well. Overall if you want an easter related puzzle this one is a great choice. There was also no puzzle dust in the bag that I had, sometimes you open them and have to vacuum up the table but that was not the case for this puzzle. The pieces fit together nicely, not too loose and not too tight where you have problems lining them up later. At 500 pieces this is pretty normal size, I think its a little easier than other 500 piece puzzles because the pieces are so big its easy to tell where they belong and with the unique shapes its pretty easy to pick out which ones go where.

I love Springbok jigsaw puzzles because they are always well-made and this Easter Egg puzzle is no exception: the puzzle pieces are thick & sturdy, well-cut so that they fit together readily but also snugly enough that they stay together and don't come apart as you're adding other pieces. The artwork is crisp, the bright colors have depth, and the surfaces are smooth. What I like about this puzzle is that at 500 pieces, it provides enough challenge to be fun for adults to play and then the artwork incorporates so many different colors & patterns that even young children (such as my 4 year old granddaughter) will be able to participate as well...perfect for a family activity at a spring gathering. I personally would prefer that the word "Crayola" was not included in the puzzle artwork (I think showing the crayons in the already recognizeable iconic Crayola packaging would have been enough/fine...but no need to label...ugh product placement). Still, a great product overall & market priced, so 5 stars.
