I love everything that I’ve tried from this brand so far. Great supplements which are very effective with a small price tag! The MCT Oil tasted wonderful and mixed completely in my morning coffee. No funny taste or texture, can’t really tell it’s in there besides the great taste. It comes in different flavors. I’m still keeping off the 60 pounds that I lost last year, I owe it to my mct oils and my ketones. Lots of energy at work and better sleep. I found that this brand is the go-to for quality supplements at a low price!

It tastes great only thing is it says it’s supposed to be salted caramel flavor but it’s chocolate flavor instead. Label on can says salted caramel.

The taste takes time to get used to but it does not matter what kind of coffee you put it in because it will all taste like salty caramel. Lasts about a month.Mixes well and easy .

Looks like chocolate flavor, tastes horrible. Very bitter, very heavy on the fake sugar flavor. Waste of money

I like the taste of this MCT powder. The only problem with it is that it is very difficult to get it to dissolve even using a milk frother.

I use this in my coffee and smoothies. Love the taste and and it dissolves easily.

I normally put a MCT powder in my AM coffee. Tried this salted caramel and was pleasantly surprised with the great flavor. Gonna try their vanilla version next.
