I really like the pukka tea series. It has all these different types that help you relax or perk up. As I did my research for medicinal herbs/teas, I came across turmeric. Turmeric acts a anti-inflammatory. I decided to grab three boxes since it was such a great deal! I gave two to my mother and kept the other for myself. She has one at work and one for home. It has helped us both. It doesn't taste bad, I usually drink it with some honey. All-in-all try it out, I love the variety Pukka has.

This is my go-to tea! For taste, mental clarity without jitters, and as an anti-inflammatory! Pukka has told me they are discontinuing this blend, and I am devastated. Most turmeric teas have additional ginger in them, which I don't like or need. Regardless, those blends are readily available. This is one of the only ones without ginger. Their other turmeric blend has no green tea, which adds to the anti-inflammatory benefits I so need.If you are a fan of this blend, let the company know!! They are owned by Lipton now, so it may fall on deaf ears, but it's worth a quick email!

I’ve been drinking this tea for years now. I love the flavor and I love that’s it’s organic and you can see all the spices. I add lemon juice and honey. It’s amazing. I used to find it many stores but I can’t seem to find it anymore. So I had to order from Amazon. I suggest you order this. There teas are amazing!!

After having stomach issues, I eliminated coffee and other types of food and found this as turmeric is supposed to be beneficial to the stomach, amongst other benefits. I did add a little honey. It is very tasty. But after drinking two cups each day for a week I noticed my knees did not ache as usual. Could be from all the elimination (bread, dairy, coffee) but I think not. I will keep drinking this one.

I love many of the Pukka teas but Tumeric Glow is one of my favorites. I like the benefit of the tumeric and the good for you green tea. Pukka makes many organic teas but this one is my favorite.

Pukka offers some of the best herbal tea blends I've ever had. I first found them in the UK and I was happy to find they sell here too! They have a large selection of black, green and herbal teas.I was looking for something with turmeric as it's so healthy and the lemon in this blend complements the turmeric very well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a non caffeinated tea.
