Do a search for Harduino 4.17 to find a website for downloading a manual that covers the firmware up to version 4.16. This along with watching YouTube videos covers the needed info for radio operation.The reversed operation of the encoder turning knob can be reversed to the traditional clockwise increase in the radio setting system.Radio arrived with a case, needed accessories and a touch screen pointer. Was charged and ready to use when first unpacked. Seller included a card that included an incentive to register the radio for warranty.
