For years, I've used Boost to replenish myself while skiing at altitude, so I decided to give the "Calm" version a test-run for use at my everyday sea-level home. I'm happy to report that the results are entirely satisfying. A short puff or two of oxygen is quite soothing. I was concerned about the Lavender enhancement being too dominant, but it's really just a hint of flavor that is very pleasing.

This is a very convenient product to carry around. It fits in my purse or gym bag I go to Zumba on Fridays, and this product with the lavender scent helps me cool down after a workout. I am usually not a fan of lavender, but this had a very light aroma that was not overpowering. Love it!

I love having these convenient bottles of oxygen whenever I am at a higher altitude, I have a really hard time adjusting, and it makes it so much easier! I keep a bottle by the bed for when I wake up in the middle of the night so I don’t get a headache, and I keep one in my pocket when I’m snowboarding. I love the new lavender scent!

Do not buy... got maybe a quarter of the treatments that they say. 100% waste of money. The 3rd cylinder I opened I got maybe 7 treatments. Total waste of money and a huge disappointment

Of all the Boost Oxygen flavors, and I enjoy them all as they all have a different response to the body, however the lavender is so relaxing and it calms the soul. Before bed or after a workout, it rejuvenates and delivers a calming effect. The relaxing sensation prior to bedtime is wonderful.
