Very disappointing experience
It was my first time buying used item and I think it will be the last one as the laptop didn't work and apparently wasn't supposed to be sold in that condition.

Got a defective product and was unable to return as the requirement was for original box which was not there , seems it was done on purpose by the seller , but thanks to Amazon they refunde the full amount .
