great cooktop. Installation is straightforward with the 220V-240V hardwire setup. It's worth noting that it doesn't come with a plug. However, this allows for us to buy a more secure and stable plug.

Glass top.
I disliked that the top black glass was broken when i opened the package. I liked the fact that Amazon sent me a returned slip and that i could return it. I loved the appearance and expect to soon receive another one just like it but undamaged.

I love my new stove top. I just wipe with drap rag for cleaning and cleaner, when it need it.

No Tech Support When Needed
We have windstorms here, causing our power to flicker several times. It caused a problem with the cooktop working correctly.I tried a couple of times to contact tech support, but got no response. Only through Amazon form. There's no phone number or contact information for this company.Cooktop works ok, but if you have trouble and need tech support, you'll be on your own.I will never buy something like this again from a company unless they have reasonable contact information and a phone number.

Works as advertised
I am in the United States so my remarks atre based on that.I read the bad reviews and saw they were talking about to little power to the unit. The wiring to the unit and USA wiring are different as colors are concerned. Hook it up at 2 line wires to 2 line wires ane the last to neutral , its all good

Easy to install and works perfectly.
We replaced the original cooktop in a 65-year-old home with this unit. It took us twice as long to remove the old unit as it did to drop this one into place. It works perfectly and cost significantly less than repairing the old one would have. Very satisfied with this purchase.
