Been on these probiotics for over a year now and what a difference it has made. I couldn't do without them to help promote healthy gut for me. It will take about 2 to 3 weeks to properly kick in but you will see the difference - just from my own experience.

Never used anything like this before but was suffering from bloating and not being regular enough. But I was very surprised by this product as it’s helping a lot with my bloating and regularity only after a weeks use.

I was surprised at how effective these tablets are. Problem solved in just a few days. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me at all. I took probiotics for about 5 weeks, but I did not feel any positive effect on my intestines - digestion remained the same, and sometimes I even felt even greater discomfort. Although the manufacturer boasts a composition of 16 different strains, the results do not reflect this. In addition, the capsules have an unpleasant smell, probably due to ginger or fennel, which I personally found disgusting. Given the price and lack of effectiveness, I would definitely not buy it again.
