Worked perfectly for me.
The back up battery for my home alarm system died again. The old AA 4pack of NiCd cells had been replaced once already and they simply wouldn't hold a charge anymore. The physical dimensions of the 4.8V Tenergy battery pack was identical but the wire connector was different from the one on the alarm system. I clipped the wire leads on the new battery pack and soldered on the old ones, put it back into the alarm system and it's been working fine ever since. The alarm company said the old battery packs were no longer available and that I'd need to upgrade the system for about $700.00. The 4.8V Tenergy battery pack replacement was a much better solution. Works with Spektrum DX8 after Connector Swap
I used this in a Spektrum DX8 radio receiver. It fit the original perfectly in size, shape, voltage and capacity of the battery. The only issue was the connector wasn't the same. So I cut off the connector on the original Spektrum and cut off the connector on this one and soldered the old connector onto this new battery. Works great and a fraction of the cost of Spektrum branded battery. Came shipped at 5.0V.
