I’ve seen people raving about maca root a ton recently and have wanted to give it a try. The addition of tongkat and beef liver caught my eye. I feel like this has helped put a cap on my daily stress levels and I do feel an energy boost. Clean ingredients and a great daily supplement!Looking forward to finishing the bottle and re-upping!!

It is hard to tell if this had any effects for me. I see others noticing the effects but if I had results, they were subtle. The pills are easy to take and there is a flavor that you will either not care for or be indifferent too. Personally, it's a pill, they all have some kind of taste to them really. If you are reading this got the bottle, I hope you have better more noticeable results!

I recently started taking Inner Bounty Maca Root supplement about a month ago hoping it would give me the energy and motivation I was lacking. Surprisingly I have felt better and have had more energy, I highly recommend this product it has made a difference in my days and Im loving it!

I take this in the morning with a meal as recommended. No side effects. More energy and stamina for sure! I’m a toddler mama so an extra boost in my day has been amazing. Helps me chase a toddler around, work and workout. Definitely recommend, I will be making this part of my regular regime.

I was aware this would effect my hormones but it did so very negatively. I started spotting between my periods and became shaky, dizzy, and nauseated. It did not have the desired effect.

I found this looking for a way to add beet root to my diet. Love that the formula includes a bunch of other awesome organic ingredients. Great way to start my day!

The effects of herbal supplements are usually pretty subtle for me, such that I sometimes wonder if perceived effects all in my head. Not so with this supplement. I took two capsules one evening and found myself unable to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. This is some powerful stuff, or at least it has been for me. If you're new to this supplement, it might be worth taking a single capsule the first time. I will be permanently taking a half dose myself, and I think that will be plenty. If you're looking for energy and stamina, look no further – this supplement delivers, almost too much so for me.
