Update: Changing my review to 5 stars. Update: Customer Service reached out and was extremely excellent and helpful. They sent a replacement screen protector and after applying it. The Face ID works. The first one. I believe the hole placement was a bit off. But after using the one they recent. It fits perfectly and I am able to use the Face ID feature to unlock my phone. Their customer service is great and if you do have a problem with the item. Please reach out to them as they are extremely helpful. After reapplying the new one. This is a 5 star product.But if you rely on Face ID. Face ID won’t work. Maybe I received a defective one but I noticed that the hole for the display bar is cut a bit smaller and the hole placement was a bit down. I even used the tray that if came with to align it and thought hmm it would be okay. But after putting it on and even turning my brightness all the way up. Face ID won’t recognized. If you don’t use Face ID then the product is great.

Fairly easy to install (incorrectly), probably my own fault but has a few air pockets. Still usable and in a few months I will swap for second being more careful.

It works great. No bubbles, quick application. Has the black tint to it for privacy protection.

Last a long time, withstands drops and the privacy is great!

With other privacy screens I never had any issues with my FaceID, but first time buying this brand and all of a sudden my phone rarely recognizes me. Had to make adjustments to my FaceID but still sometimes have issues. Also, it’s not a total blackout from the side it’s more like having your brightness lowered all the way down. Not bad for its price but it’s not THE best
