If you’re around my height or shorter, you’ll have no issues—but I’d consider this the maximum for a truly comfortable fit.The Only Flaws:The controller buttons aren’t illuminated, which makes it tricky to adjust settings in low light. It’s a small inconvenience, but it would’ve been nice to have backlit controls for late-night relaxation sessions.If you are nice and comfy in a reclined position and want to stop the massage programme running, make sure you press the pause button on the controller as pressing either of the power buttons will return you to a fully upright position.Final Verdict:Despite the minor issue with the remote, the Rotai A37 delivers an outstanding massage experience with premium features. This is a great massage chair for the price. Very happy with the design, ease of use, set up and functionality. I feel the back and shoulder massage doesn't quite get high enough on the back and shoulders and the foot massage is not as good as our separate foot massager but other aspects of the massager are great. You have several options for style and intensity. For the money, it's worth giving it a go as other chairs cost far more.

We've now had this chair for a few weeks, and it arrived in one piece with no assembly required - very easy!The manufacturing appears of good quality, it gives a firm massage and it does what we want - neck, back and foot massage, with good, effective, airbags for the arms and shoulders. It's very easy to operate.For the price you pay for this it's difficult to ask for more. We are happy with our purchase.

Its only day 1, but i'm really impressed! Bought for my husband. Delivered on time and kindly put on the 1st floor for me. Once you take the cardboard off, it's almost fully assembled! Plug and play.
