Knee pains while jogging? Get this! It worked wonders for me! My right knee hurts very bad after jogging or walking about 4-6 miles, but this helped so much that I was able to get through a 20 miler with little pain. I have NEVER come close to this distance. They are considerably more stable and comfortable than the single strap. And because they have 4 elastic bands to hold it, it wont loosen over time.I'm not familiar with the day to day regular use, so you will need to see if it rubs the back of your knee too much, but I was fine.As for putting it on and comfort, it's a bit odd to put on the first few times, but you will get the hang of it. I do like the double strap holes that allow it to fit different size legs. And it seems to be very comfortable on my right knee but not as much on my left. It still helps though.Lastly, they come 1 per order. The question/answers confused me so I ordered two and confirmed that it is only 1 knee brace per order.

This is all just my own experience and opinion. This kneecap support does indeed do the job. I bought one a while back for my (worse) kneecap support before buying a second one. I have a mis-tracking kneecap issue but no arthritis or torn cartilage problems per my Dr. So that’s my disclaimer I guess; this is all just my opinion.Anyway, it took me a little while to adjust the top and bottom straps to my needs. BUT... once I did, this thing really does allow me to run with almost no pain or after-run pain. It is comfortable! I can wear it both on my leg directly or over top of my running tights. No issues.I just bought a second one for my other (better) knee. They are allowing me to continue to enjoy running into my late-sixties! So far so good!

I have arthritis in both knees and on a pain scale I would say daily is around a 8-9. I have tried braces for years with some help and even one like this from another company which helped a bit. After looking through the net I spotted this brace and decided to give them a try after seeing the good reviews. The first day I noticed a difference with the pain levels dropping to a 1-3. This allows me to walk a bit more. There are times even if the pain is more that these braces still assist me as I go up and down stairs and overall comfort. I decided to pick up another set just to have them when I wash my original set. Good product and reasonable price. Thank you

the bottom strap fits just fine, but the upper strap doesn't. It's too tight for me. And if i just don't put the loop through the hold and let it just catch the velcro on the other end, it then slides down. So for now i just put both straps BELOW my knee and continue using KT tape. I'll have to try a strap more specifically for plus size. I'm size 16/18 womens btw. i do have proportionately bigger thighs and i think if they were more proportionate to the rest of my body, this strap would fit just fine. so if you have big thighs, don't expect this upper strap to go round. b/c basically the upper part of your knee is the lowest part of your thigh essentially...3 start cause it's not their fault i got big legs! can't give more b/c at times I get scratched by the velcro and have to adjust.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. I was really hoping it would. But the top strap didn't stay above the knee. In fact, it put downward pressure on the top of the knee causing more pain. The only way to keep it in place was to tighten it so tight it was interfering with my blood circulation causing other issues. Very disappointed. I should have only bought one strap as an initial test. Waste of money.

I have several “right knee” issues, including a post surgical tricky meniscus and a too wobbly patella. This brace allows for breathing room for the knee cap, but also firmly holds the sides of the knee. I appreciate this most especially on the left side of my right knee, where most of my pain originates.The brace itself is built well; there’s plenty of cushy foam on each of the straps, so if you need to, you can wear it comfortably for hours.

I’ve bought a ton of braces at least 4 in the last few days based on my knee injury/discomfort. Something told me to just try this as complicated as it looks to put on something told me it works on top of all the reviews. As soon as I figured out how to get it in right it felt like heaven. My baseball swing w pressure on my back leg which has the brace on it felt so much better that I can actually play now without discomfort. I immediately went n ordered a second one for my other knee. TRUST ME THIS PRODUCT IS LEGIT. I am now returning all the braces I orders that’s how much confidence that I have in this brace.

When you wear the regular brace that does cover the whole knee and upper/lower leg and has the whole in the knee area design, that is great at the beginning. And after months using that type of brace you can still twist or pull your knee in the opposite direction. Because of the double thick padding under these straps, this keeps you knee still. By the end of my day the swelling is less and doesn't feel like I hurt it over again. Also these straps can be crisscrossed, allowing the padding to be place directly on the knee and it stays in position. What I like most about this product is that the pads are in the correct position on your knee that relieves the pain and swelling.This is my fourth type of strap and I personally find this is the best so far after using the brace.
