Although I was sceptical about the quality but still bought them to give them a go as tried many other products and all were waste of money. As said in description, these tables are created from the Himalayan pure shilajit and I think after consuming them for a while, I can feel the benefits both physical and mental too.The one thing I like the most is pre set dose in a tablet shape which is easy to swallow and hassle free. No burnt plastic smell or taste either and surly a pure shilajit taste. Definitely recommend it if you have exhausted all other sources.

These were ok value for money, the size was quite small and were easy to take. I didn’t notice any improvement in sleep quality or any health benefits that improved. My focus stayed the same too. I did have some repeat-age from taking these which I didn’t like the taste. I’ve now switched to a different product.

I've tried several Shilajit supplements before, but these tablets are by far the most convenient and effective. They're easy to take, and I've already noticed an improvement in both my stamina and mood. I'm excited to see even more benefits as I continue using them.
