Awful printer
I got this printer to print edible prints for custom cakes and all its been is hassle, doesnt connect, been sat there for over an hour turning the printer off and on to restart it and doesnt connect but when it does connect it will easily disconnect. Ive had problem after problem, the edible prints have started coming out with lines on, ive cleaned and replaced ink cartridges several times and its still doing it, its not only cost me a fortune in ink and icing sheets but its all been a massive inconvenience as i needed prints for work purposes. i definitely wouldnt recommend this printer.

Perfect
So far so good, easy setup of cartridges and print quality is great. Only downside is the setup of the printer with my laptop, it’s a frustrating experience and over complicated. Gone are the days when you just connected a cable and it worked.

Not suitable!
Worked once, then would not print any colour. Done all troubleshooting and still would not work. Contacted Canon as my return window had expired and was told my warranty was void as they do not recommend or endorse their printers to be used for edible products.Contacted amazon and returning with full refund.

No black and white pictures
In the first place,the printer doesn't come with icing paper.The second thing and the most important is that when I try to print the images in black and white they print in green.When I print the images in colour they are very fade,the colours are not bright,I am not pleased with this printer.The good thing of this printer is that is very easy to install and to connect it to the phone.

Rubbish printer
Brought this printer and after 1 use printer no longer prints out colour properly, i have cleaned it done a deep clean and a physical clean still not printing properly been trying to fix it over 3 days and its just been a nightmare so therefore returning it back to sender. Really upset about this

Poor quality
We purchased this, its very bad quality and constantly not printing the magenta the colours leaked onto the rollers so sending it back.
