Super wee kit! No ink on the baby at all. Easy to use. Even got negative prints, too, from the used pad, which look 3D.Definitely worth the money. Good for small babies and pets, you would need the bigger size for older children/larger dogs.

Have used these to get lots of footprints. Pretty easy to use - if you can control the foot! But you can only get one decent print per ink block. If you try for 2 it's very very faded where it's printed before.

Quality seems pretty good. Functions as expected and the ink lasted well - we did our baby's footprints on 3 pieces of card and there was still plenty of ink left. Very easy to use. Well worth the money, would definitely recommend.

It is a great product that, with practice, can produce some beautiful prints. However, despite only ever touching the "clean" side of the ink pads, ink still managed to transfer onto my baby's skin which was a bit concerning.Also the ink pads, realistically, are only single use. You can attempt to reuse an ink pad but the quality is significantly reduced

I am very satisfied with this product, and I bought this to capture the footprints of my newborn. I received 4 ink pads, 8 post card sized and sturdy pieces of paper and 2 paper frames (one white and one black). There are instructions but I think it's pretty self-explanatory. The amount of pressure needed was really the only question I had but after a few goes at it I figured it out. Therefore, you may need to plan for a few practice runs and want to use one ink pad over and over on a sheet of A4 paper until you've got it figured out.For my newborn I took the approach of laying the paper on a hard surface and taping one edge of the ink pad to the paper so it wouldn't move. With the newborn upright and sleeping soundly in my arms, I pressed each foot into the pad and used my fingers to apply firm pressure around the foot from heal to toes. I was able to angle her feet just enough to fit both of them on the pad one at a time. Placing one foot at a 45 degree angle at the bottom of the pad left me enough space to put the other one straight up and down above it.In my opinion, I ended up being able to get two good prints from each ink pad before I wanted to swap it out. I was very pleased to end up with my goal of four good prints for both parents and grandparents! Only time will tell how well these hold up, but I do hope it will last a lifetime.

A good idea but couldn’t get it to print a decent hand or footprint. Followed all instructions and previous review tips. On the first print too much ink would transfer then there were gaps if you used it again. Sad we didn’t get one good print. Waste of money.
