Just started this so far it seems ok only been using for a day now so will check back in to let yall know what I think and if it really works, it wasn't easy to swallow at first but that might be because I was drinking juice but as soon as they swallow it with water it went right down

I liked the fact that I only need to take one( most others I tried said 2 per serving)a there was no upset for me when taking without food Will buy again!
