This item works very well and folds out of the way just like in the photos. Other comments have raised the issue of installing this on a wall. The trick is to have a drill extension that reaches past the collapsible arms.The levers are easy to use. Be sure the collapsible arms are at 90° from the edge when you screw in the liftable wood table and then mounted on the wall. That worked for me.

Easy to install and los great. Instructions wetter limited though and I wanted to make sure spacing of brackets was acceptable as it wasn't centered due to stuff spacing.

This is perfect for any small space or anywhere that you don’t want to lose square footage to furniture. Couldn’t be easier to install. Assembly was painless. Looks great too.

This was moderately easy to install. It was a bit harder than I thought it would be but, once up it is there to stay and very easy to use. It is great to add a little extra storage room when I need it in my laundry room. It isn't huge but big enough to use to hold items as I fold them. Once I am done, it folds down and out of the way. It looks really nice, too, so could be used anywhere in a home or office.

There were no instructions or guide included in the package. Plan on purchasing heavier duty wall anchors.

This is a super nice folding surface. I got it to install in our camper to double as my workspace, and extra counter space and it's absolute perfection. The brackets are easy to clip so the surface folds down and takes next to zero effort to turn into the worktop. I love that there are options for this. I my niece ever decides to live here while going to school, I'd definitely consider one of the wider ones for a desktop. This would be ideal for someone living in a studio that would still like to dine at a table, but not give up the floor space 100% of the time. Everything is very sturdy and well made. The top wipes clean easily. And I was surprised that it only weighs 10 pounds. Really happy to add this to the camper and will be showing it off to everyone who stops by as my countertop solution! Finally came around installing this wall mounted table but unfortunately I didn’t realize how small it was. However, the size is accurate to the description.I decided not to install this one and instead will probably get some wood at Home Depot and polish it to make a longer tabletop. Which brings me to the mount clips. These are sturdy, well made mounts. When open, they secure very well and there’s no way they’ll suddenly fold. You have better chances of ruining your wall than ruining these mounts.The tabletop is solid wood. Nothing fancy but well stained, evenly. It’s decently cut but poorly sanded on the edges. Not a deal breaker for me but it probably will be for someone out there.Whether you want this as a dining table or a work station, as long as you install properly (on the wall) you will get a sturdy, good looking folding table that will maximize your space.
