Favorite knife.
High quality. Love this paring knife. Heavy handle that fits well in my hand. Attractive design in the butt of the handle. Handles well. Easy slicing and dicing. Very sharp with tip gard.

Great knife, fits the hand well
As I expect of a Henckels knife, this little paring knife works exactly as it should. I have a sort of medium-sized hand and the handle fits my hand well. I have used it in prepping fruits and vegetables for canning and it has remained comfortable to my hand for the hours that takes.

Great paring knife
This review is for the 3" premio paring knife. It's great, well-made paring knife. All Henckels knives with a single man figure (instead of the trademark twins figure) are not made in Germany. Some of them are made in other EU countries such as Spain. This one is made in China. Don't knock it just because it's made in China. As long as it's well made according to Henckels specs, it really doesn't matter where it's made.It came exceedingly sharp already with its factory edge, but I touched up the edge on a stropping block to make it screaming sharp. It's got a generously large, well-balanced handle. The only minor flaw on the knife I received is that the rivets are not completely flush with the plastic handle. As I rub my fingers across the handle, the sharp edges of the rivets catch a very tiny little bit, but it's not a big problem. I sometimes observe the same rivet flaw even on expensive German-made versions of Henckels and Wusthof and other very expensive Japanese cutlery. My expensive Japanese-made Kramer-Zwilling damascus 10" chef knife has the same flaw of rivets not being completely flush. I can probably fix it by wiping the rivet edges with some epoxy or other instant glue to fill the microscopic gaps. For around $21, this is a very nice paring knife.

Well weighted, sharp knife
This knife is well weighted and a very sharp paring knife. It does everything you expect it to do. I like how it's got some weight to it and is strong. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to others.

good but might be prone to rust
good weight/ handle. a little rust is showing up and it hasn't been too long.

Excellent blade for the price
This is a very nice knife for the price. It came razor sharp. The only things I would change would be to make the blade narrower so it's more maneuverable in a cut, and to reduce the weight at the rear. The solid steel butt on the knife looks good, but having a thinner, flat tang would make it less rear-heavy, and lower the price somewhat.

Solid daily knife
I find myself reaching for this knife daily. Nice quality, has lasted a few years, and gets used often.

Great feel. Not the first Henckels knife I have.
Great feel and I've had real good luck with the blade holding an edge.
