Great for them older pre emissions diesels!
Quieter valve train and less smoke. I already put this on reorder for my next oil change! If your looking for a great oil for your pre emissions diesel look no further!

AG diesel specific chemistry . . .
Thought I'd try this oil in my '06 Massey Ferguson diesel and see if there is any noticeable difference. Not many hours on this Triax oil yet, but it seems to remain clear/clean longer than other oils I've used since my MF was new. I also like the 5-quart 'jug' with a handy pull up spout. This diesel requires 5 quarts, and I reuse the container to recycle the old oil, one and done. Only time (run time), will tell.

Love The Spout
Use for my mowers, generators etc. the spout is easy to pour.

perfect for my agricultural equipment
It provides excellent engine protection, even during the toughest workdays. The oil keeps my tractor and other machinery running smoothly, reducing wear and tear, and maintaining optimal performance. I’ve noticed improved fuel efficiency and less engine noise since switching. It’s built for high-demand, heavy-duty use and works great in extreme conditions. If you’re looking for reliable, long-lasting oil for your agricultural equipment, this is the way to go! Highly recommend for anyone in need of top-notch engine protection

Good deal
This is the recommend oil for the old Henry Ford 8N tractor so I'm confident that it's lubricating the engine very well!

Not A Bad 15W-40 Oil, But Not For Every Application
I like that this is made in the USA and the additional quart over the standard gallon is nice. This is a fairly inclusive oil that meets many, but not all manufacturer classifications for a 15W-40 oil. It's not a bad choice, but there are certain applications I wouldn't use it for. It's a decent price for a 5 quart container and the built in spout is convenient. It meets requirements for many manufacturer specifications primarily for older diesel engines before DPF and SCR became prevalent. In other words if you've got a newer diesel tractor built after roughly 2012 (varies by manufacturer) or thereabouts that has DPF or SCR technology then this isn't recommended. If you've got a pre-emissions tractor or early Tier 1/Tier 2/ perhaps Tier 3 engine then it's probably ok, but I'd make sure to check all the classifications before using it as there are some specific classifications that this doesn't quite meet. If you've got a newer tractor and particularly something still under warranty then I'd probably use the manufacturers specified oil (John Deere Plus 50 II or whatever) to make sure you're using exactly what they specify.I prefer Shell Rotella for most of my tractors and honestly you can usually get that on sale which puts it at about the same price or less than this, and Shell Rotella probably covers more oil classifications than this does. I have no issue using this in my non DPF/SCR diesel engines that don't see regular HD use, but I'd probably recommend sticking to something a little more premium if you're particular. I'd recommend it as an option, but do your own research.

Good priced dinosaur blood
My lawn tractor loves it and it meets all its specifications/requirements for lubrication. It is offered at a decent price point and as a bonus is delivered to your door step.
