Everyone sleeps differently, but for a back or side sleeper, I say yes!!!BUY THIS THING NOW!!!I've been having low back pain, and knee pain for over 2 years. Thinking it was my all memory foam mattress, We ended up getting an inner coil mattress, thinking that would fix my back pain and knee PAIN,NOPE!So an adjustable pillow was my last option before I started sleeping on the couch.This pillow has kept me in bed with my husband! And not on the couch.Between the lower back pain and the knee pain that has been going on for years, using this pillow three nights that has already went down by over half.The best part is you can adjust it to your sleep, So it's definitely good for a stomach sleeper also!The first three nights, have been heaven-ishTwo of the three nights, I fell asleep on my back and did not move. Woke up on my back. In a good way, my body didn't hurt, and my knee and lower back pain is going away.The third night, I did turn on my side and it hurt my neck a little bit, WHICH IS OKAY, bc I can adjust it. (And most of all my knee and lower back pain is going away) So tonight I am taking out the thinest white layer. Which leaves the two blue layers, and the thicker curved white layer. And according to the picture that is the softest! So I'm going to try this tonight. If this doesn't work I'll take out a blue and add the white back.The two blue are the softest, the thin white is the most dense (firmest)And the white curved, is like a medium firmness.As a back and side sleeper, this is has been so nice to be able to adjust. If it was not adjustable, I'd have to be on my back.This is the first In months that I have had less knee pain and woken up with no lower back pain. So it was worth the price I paid for it. Plus being able to adjust it, yes it's worth the money.To be able to wake up with no back lower back pain and no knee pain throughout the day. The support of this pillow is like sleeping on heaven.

Disappointed, I like the idea and the pillow, it looks good quality, but unfortunately it didn't work for me, I've tried every way to find the best way to accommodate and adjust myself with the pillow, but nothing works for me, the first day I removed the hard layer and left the 3 softer ones, but I woke up with a headache, because the pillow was still firm, the second night I tried to remove the second firmer layer, and this time I was left with only two layers, apparently the two softest, but I woke up with shoulder pain, because my chin was touching my shoulders, since I sleep on my side, and the third night I tried to combine the main part with the firmer layer and nothing was the same, flat and without support at all, if you are looking for a firm pillow maybe this pillow is for you.UPDATED:I just put 5 starts for a wonderful service for a very nice seller thank you.

Junk ! Pure junk! You get this thing in a vacuumed bag. Wait for 2 to 3 days for it to supposedly get to correct usage form!!!??? Measured specs are NOT what site says they are!! And not very supportive at all for a guy 6'4". It went flat in 2 uses!!! And the so called ADJUSTABLE foams inside were so thin & cheap, no wonder it didn't support anything!!!

I found this amazing pillow that has been a game-changer for me! It's customizable with four foam layers, all coated in a thin fabric, stacked inside its pillowcase. You can adjust the height by removing layers. Since I started using this pillow, my neck pain has disappeared. It keeps my neck and shoulders at the correct height and provides excellent support. I love it so much that I bought one for my daughter and I take it with me when I travel. Plus, the customer service, especially Mia, has been very responsive. Great purchase!

Great pillow for side sleepers who like memory foam. Foam is softer than a lot of others, but still supportive. I like that I can customize the height for my specific needs (and my wife does too!). I have bought 3 of these and my mother in law has also bought a few too. I definitely would recommend this product! While I have not needed to return a product, the customer service followed up with me after each purchase to make sure that I was happy with the pillow
