Wireless alarm system

Dissapointing. Not worth the hassle
It came and installed the app into the smart life app.It did this automatically. So away we go. First set up key fobs and that's were it went wrong.First door sensor fitted, seemed to work fine but the App is a nightmare, Sensors are identified as zones. The app allows you to change the names in the app but it doesn't transfer to the Host. When a sensor triggers it comes up on the screen as a zone? You can't change the name through the Host?When a sensor triggers it comes up as a warning on the Host even if you are Home. Tried changing the sensor function with no success. So with the app only part working and the host not fully working it's frustrating.The sensors don't seem to have the range so had to move the Host and stand it on a table in the living room. Not much good if the intruder can see it.Suspect the App needs an update.Emailing the manufacturer hasn't yielded any response so what can you do?Don't buy it because it's rubbish.

Limited range etc
Main failing is very limited range, around 10 metres. Confusing instructions and not very well thought out firmware. To cancel for instance, instead of just entering a code to cancel alarm , it just allows you to get to another screen to cancel, not intuitive. Erratic operation, sometimes responds but not always. Emailed supplier about range issue but never got a response. Cheap for what you get, may be ok for small apartments, but not much else

Do not recommend
Do not waste money buying this alarm kit . When I eventually managed to pair the control panel to my wifi I installed everything just to discover the contact switch's for the doors and windowswill only trigger an alarm when they are opened and closed again . Meaning if an intruder bursts through your door , the alarm will only be triggered when the door is closed again ! Attempted to contact the seller but they didn't bother reply
