Horrendous
0 stars, doesn’t work made my chafing 100 times worse. Almost totally wore away my inner thighs on a run. DO NOT buy this product!

Effective balm for irritation from traction
This balms works perfectly on my thighs - my usual problematic area when wearing shorts, and especially when it's hot.I don't have problems in other body areas but this is a great help to protect inside of my legs from effects of friction.I like the fact it is small, it is a stift like and easy to apply.It leaves silky like coat which is not absorb immediately by skin - therefore helps with friction.I've had another product which was as well good but this one is better value for money in terms of size and much easier and quicker to apply.

Just a grease, ruins anything you wear.
