I use my DJI pocket 3 professionally. Having additional power on any set that I'm on is pretty important. This back up battery is very simple and to the point. First the build quality.It's incredibly inline with the DJI Pocket 3 itself. Seems like it could have been made by DJI. Nothing fancy just very professional and practical. It has a 1/4 20 on the bottom so it can be used to mount onto anything you might need. I haven't had the battery run down on me yet so I don't actually have any real world numbers for how long it powers the camera. But I'll say it is definitely an added bonus to my set up.Something that might not be a forethought to some is the size. Not only is it a back up battery but, it's a great extension for the pocket 3. I'm 6'2" with large hands and this thing still has about an inch on either side when I hold it. I think it makes the pocket 3 easier to handle and control. Again, there's nothing too fancy to report. It's a great additional battery to have with a fantastic camera extension built in as well. Great price too. For me it was a no brainer!

Died after 8 months. Will not charge, just one light blinks and stays like that. I expect batteries to lose their capacity over time but not to just stop charging all together. I bought another one a couple months ago and its going bad as well. Utter rubbish.Update: So I bought TWO of these and the first one died, won't charge so I left this review above. The seller reached out and sent a replacement for the first one. So now the 2nd one I bought and paid for has also died, same issue and won't charge so I have no confidence that the 3rd one they sent me will not die soon as well. I'm moving on to a different brand.Ok last update: after fooling around with the cords etc and the usb hubs and power sources, all three batteries are now charging to full. I have no idea why, but I did make sure I was using the cord that came with the battery and used a plugged in charging hub with USB C inputs versus charging off the computer input and it made all the difference so changing my rating.

The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly, and is a great inexpensive alternative to the official DJI battery handle. The battery charge indicators are bright and obvious, and the handle connects securely and disconnects easily with the push of a button. Overall, very satisfied.

Original review:This battery is not a true 5000mAh — testing showed it holds closer to 1200mAh. It’s noticeably lighter, charges slowly, and holds significantly less power than the original DJI battery. After just three months of use, performance degraded further. I recommend looking for better alternatives.

A taller version of the OEM battery. Just the same, has a thread screw in the bottom to mount on another device or tripod.Comes with a USBC cable to charge. (No power adapter)Lights on the front show charge level and does pass through charging for the Osmo pocket 3 with no issues.No problems with overheating and it's nice having a long lasting battery pack.

Super great product. I’m a real estate agent and I use the pocket 3 almost every day. Fits and works great. Easy to use. I like the size of it. It is actually easier to hold that my previous one.

The media could not be loaded. Extremely useful! Also doubles as an easy handle attachment. Added battery to our DJI Osmo Pocket 3 while vlogging in Japan, definitely recommend! You just charge using a regular USB-C cable.
