Expensive to buy from US compared to Asia Pop Mart. This is only 12usd in Asia.

Poor handling of package.
The plush is perfectly fine, but I was intending on keeping it in the packaging but can’t do that now that the package is destroyed.

Crybaby pendant
Authentic from Popmart. Box and pendant arrived without any damages. Had a difficulty removing the plastic attachments off the legs. Half of the plastic attachment was poking out of both legs. Needed the use of tweezers to pull most of it off. There’s plastic poking out still. We just pushed the rest into the plush legs because there was no way of pulling it all out.

A bit flat
Seems to be decent quality, doesn’t quite look like the product photos. Face’s nose area is squished in, back looks flat compared to the photo too. Still cute but was questioning authenticity
