It takes about 8 minutes to get boiling hot water, in a device the size of a travel cup! I works great and is very portable. I use this every morning.

Very good. I have been using it for 2 months now for once or twice on the week days. So far so good without problems. The lids did smell a little at the beginning. You don't need the lid to boil water. Control is simple, just pressing the power button to cycle thru the temp settings.

I’m taking this to Europe. It is small compact and easy to use. Seems to work as expected.

I recently purchased this item to take on a trip so I could have hot water for tea and coffee in the hotel. It worked perfectly and will now go with me on all trips.

The package arrived from Amazon and the box itself was crushed lousy packing however functionally it works perfectly.

Thought this would be nice, but right off the bat the thing didn't work. The lights never came on and could not find where the dual voltage indicator or switch was located. Very disappointed.

The seller has been very helpful and resent the item after I reported the connecting cable missing.It is wonderful for making hot water while traveling overseas as well since it’s compatible with the 220v power system.Would recommend!
