Great Customer Service
After Hurricane Beryl & being without power for a week, I ordered this LIF01 battery power station to run my Resmed 11 cpap machine. It had a lot of great reviews & was on sale. I received it quickly from the seller. The unit seemed to be well made & had a good warranty. But I have a bad back & it was bigger & heavier than I expected, plus it had a lot more than I really needed to just run my cpap, so I decided to return it. Just note that because this item ships directly from the vendor, you'll need to contact them directly to be able to return the unit. However, I have to give Pecron high praise because they answered my message both times within 24 hrs., sent me the the tag to print for me to return it UPS ground, and did a follow-up message once they received it back, saying they had submitted the approval for the refund. They were easy to contact & were great keeping me updated, so if you are looking for a battery power station, I think this would be a great one to consider. Definitely great customer service! Thank you Pecron!

Bad inverter
Really bad quality of the inverter it says 600W but it doesn't support more than 200W also the app is really bad.

Very powerful and efficient generator
It is very useful for outdoor and indoor activities. I went to a trip with my family and one charge lasted me two whole days. I was able to use this to cook, charge my phone, and others. Very recommended

Good enough I guess.
First one died after a few months. Pecron replaced it without issues. Wifi / Bluetooth / App reliability is lacking compared to the leading brands. Overall still satisfied at the sale price I paid around christmas time but for my bigger (>2kw) solar generators I will stick with Anker.

Used for CPap machine
I purchased this for my husband to use while camping for his CPap machine. He said it worked great, had no problems. It’s a rechargeable battery operated generator, which can be used indoors. It does come with a charging cord that you can plug into your car. He charged the machine with a regular generator. This was also great for charging your phone while camping.

Broke after a month. Cannot return.
Wireless charging pad is lousy. 120VAC outlets are too close together. AC charger on mine quit working after a month - could still charge with USB-C but self-discharge is very high even with nothing plugged in.
