A Celiac’s Dream
This flour can not be beat if you need gluten free, as long as you are not allergic to wheat. I use it because of Celiac disease. I make pizza with it as well as bread and focaccia. I never made pizza before and when I stumbled onto a YouTube video of a representative from this company making pizza dough with this flour I was encouraged to try it. I now feel like I’m running a pizzeria. The taste is far superior to any dough available in stores. It is so easy to do. Yes, it is expensive, however, you pay a lot for pre-made gf dough and breads in stores and they just don’t compare to what you can make with this WHEAT flour that is gluten free.

FINALLY a Gluten Free flour blend that works with Yeast Recipes!
My family has been gluten free for more than a decade. Certain flour blends work great for baking cookies, but making yeast or sourdough loaves has been a challenge. I have made hockey pucks so many times and it is so expensive to make those stupid hockey pucks. I heard about this flour, I was a sceptic. HOWEVER, I made a quick batch of baguettes and got a crunchy outside and squishy center that actually leavened as it was suppose to on the first try. I can't wait to make beagles and pizza dough with this. It is worth the high price because it actually WORKS. I look forward to less hockey puck baking experiences.

Makes great focaccia and pizza dough
Really tasty - might not be good for someone with celiac. There is wheat starch, but no gluten. It works for my wheat-sensitive husband, but be aware and read the information on wheat starch before purchasing.

Ingredients
When I purchased this flour the only ingredient that was listed was wheat. When I received it I was disappointed. It also contains dextrose. I cannot eat this due to side effects. Now I have an 11 pound bag of gluten free flour that I cannot eat or return. A very spendy lesson. I have taken a picture of the ingredients in hopes of saving someone else this experience.
