I got this for a Vine review to use on the side door which has no window or door bell yet we constantly have people knocking.PROS* do not need a cell phone* do not need a security plan* do not need internet* easy install* perfect for seeing who is knocking without having to ask and reveal you're home* can have screen with you not at the door* good picture -it's not theatre quality but works wonderfullyCONS* none for me!RECOMMEND! I read other review before getting this because I did not want to risk getting something that seemed great in theory but would not work. Turns out it is as good as advertised...in fact BETTER!! RECOMMEND!!

Please do not buy it. If somebody is at your door, you have to turn on the monitor by pressing a very small button on top, which is very hard to find. The ad said easy to turn on, and show some other monitor Instructions do not exist, nothing No movement detection, really is a crap. I can't return because I brought it with me on an overseas trip. My mistake, what a piece of crap. Stay away from this monitor.

Just moved in to a condo at the end of hallway. Even though the building has 24hr doorman & security. Needed extra to feel comfortable having my 21 year old daughter loving there. This does the trick, within the HOA guidelines & cost so reasonable, worth my piece of mind!

Let me start with I really like these.I got 2 of them and I love the fact they dont need internet or apps or any of the other “tech bro” crapThe image is sharp, and crisp.What I dont like is the manual is almost nonexistent. You have to convert everything from metric (they dont tell you what size drill bit you need for the door camera unit)But those arent show stoppers.What really annoys me is there is zero night visibility with these. Unless you have great lights outside your doors? You will see nothing as the units have no night vision at all. A problem if power is out, weather is bad, or other things that occur on a regular basis.All that said- again I do like them- just be aware of their shortcomings.

No longer will I have to press my eye to the door, I can see who is there as I approach the door. Nice size display screen. Easy to install. You can even have the unit take a photo. Great wide angle view. Truly a brilliant idea. Nice quality you can feel components. Fast shipping

The Digital Peephole Door Viewer - 4.3 Inch Screen was easy to install, and it worked as advertised. I was delighted with the doorbell function; the camera was okay. It had a little fish-eye distortion.My problem with this system is that it quit working after I had to recharge the battery. The unit stopped working, and I get a message, "camera can not connect." It defeats the purpose of having a camera functioning as a peephole. Nice idea, poor execution.

This was easy to install where I had an old-style peephole in my door. This provides a pretty clear picture of the outside and is handy to have so you can save the images. The battery seems to be lasting awhile, however when it does die you just connect a USB C cord up to it to recharge the battery.

This is a really good idea, it’s simple and easy to install, and comes with everything you would need except a mini SD card. This allows you to see on the screen anyone who comes to your door, you can take a photo or video. Definitely recommend this and it comes with a USB charger cord.
