Under desk foot rest
The foot rest is great, it is comfortable and gives you the opportunity to move your feet using the rocking motion, and is robust . However the instructions are useless, it would have been better to separate the outer part that you remove to put it together and then replace. I tapped the outer bit out of the other part and then it became clear how it fits together.

Decent product, horrible, horrible instructions
I have a very small home office, and needed a decent foot rest after my wife accidentally broke my old office depot foot rest. Whilst this was a decent footrest it was way too big for my office and probably needed replacing anyway.I wanted something that could easily meet both our needs, I'm 5ft 10in and she's 5ft 2in and we both use the office on different days. This is achieved by this product as it can be rotated to accommodate different heights, it is also much more compact then my old footrest and allows me push my office chair fully under my desk. The footrest also has a nice channel cut into it which the seat castors can slide into. This helps to bring the footrest closer to the chair to achieve a 90 degree angle between legs, chair and footrest. So why only 4 stars I hear you say? The product is supplied partially assembled, and requires owners to clip it together upon receipt. Once you suss out how to do this it takes all of 30 seconds to clip it all together, but took myself and my wife about 35 - 45 mins to figure out how to clamp the thing together and I only stumbled across this by accident as the supplied instructions are absolutely useless and really should be clarified by the seller/manufacturer.Either that, or maybe we're both a bit thick, but this seems to be a common complaint for what is an otherwise decent product.

Good concept which works well
A very simple idea but well executed. It seems pretty strong. The deck/rocker fitting is clever and seems effective. Time will tell. High setting height is good. Any higher risks pushing knees up against the desk. The rocker is rubberised all around which has the advantage of allowing you to eject yourself from under the desk by pushing with legs :-) . The deck is wider than most, but this turns out better for under-desk man-spreading and seems generally more relaxing. Finally, it does seem to promote more leg movement - ie. involuntary rocking, rocking with balls of feet ... . I like it.PS: just read some other reviews complaining about the instructions. I got a warehouse deal without instructions. It took 30 amused seconds to work out. Suggest ignore instructions ...

NOT VERY ROBUST BROKE AFTER 1 MONTH
Not very robust, inner rocker cracked after about 1 month now clicks when rocked and rubber edging keeps slipping off. Very annoying. Terrible instructions of how to assemble when received.

Wish I had bought it sooner
The footrest is simple to assemble and comfortable to use. I enjoy the rocking motion, I feel that it helps me to think. I tend to fidget, so being able to rock my feet satisfies that whilst leaving my hands free. I also like the fact that it flips over to adjust the height. My previous footrests have been the type that you have to slide a bar to adjust them. They would always slide out of position when they were moved. Not a huge deal but I prefer this design. So far it feels sturdy but only time will tell.

Does the job for me.
I almost didn't buy this because of the reviews but after 3 months of use I am happy with this.it is super light. Not too big but big enough. It was not easy to fit at first as the instructions are rubbish. But once I worked out that I had to match the slots then slide then the other side was quick and easy.I like the ability to tilt as I can't keep my feet still. And it reminds me not to cross my legs under the desk which imbalances my hips.

Does the job for me
I felt I needed a footstool to improve the comfort of my work at home set-up. I kept slipping down the seat! This was easy to assemble, it's not adjustable but fortunately works for me. Seems solid and should wear well. Rubber runner so hasn't damaged my wooden floor.

Excellent item
Very short of space in my craft room so this slim foot rest is ideal. It also has a notch to fit in one of the wheels of my computer chair - yes, I’m that short of space! Very comfortable to use and has helped quite considerably with my posture when using my PC, which has resulted in less neck and leg pain. Had a bit of a problem putting it together but found that sliding rather than clicking the end piece into place worked OK. Very happy with it.
